Wisconsin Geothermal Association

Tuesday/Wednesday – March 1-2
Wintergreen Resort & Conference Center
60 Gasser Road, Wisconsin Dells, WI
The Wisconsin Geothermal Association will hold its 2022 Annual Conference on Tuesday, March 1 and Wednesday, March 2 at the Wintergreen Conference Center in Wisconsin Dells.
Our program on Tuesday includes presentation from Tom Wyer (Geo Flo) on Geothermal Innovations, Joe Nagan (Home Building Technology Services) on Building Envelope, and Jeff Springer (Dairyland Electric) on the Future of Electric Power. We’ll also have some time to hear from some of the renewable energy partners in Wisconsin to learn about their efforts to support and advance the geothermal market. The WGA Annual Meeting will conclude the day followed by an evening activity – bowling and go-karts!
On Wednesday, we’ll hear from Jeff Hammond (IGSHPA) and Ryan Dougherty (GEO) with a national update, Jim Tinjum (UW Madison) on Geothermal Engineering, Brand Eisenga (G.O. Loop) on loop fields – the heart of the system, Brian Urlaub (Salas O’Brien) on light commercial designs, Jim Cusack (Enertech) on opportunities with loop communities, and Steve Koep (EE+BE+CE=Sustainability) on beneficial electrification. We’ll wrap with door prizes and, for those interested, time to take the Master Installer examination.
Exhibits are open on both days. Sponsorships are also available.
The location for our event is the Wintergreen Conference Center in Wisconsin Dells. Special room rates for WGA are available.
